A two-storey warehouse designed to accommodate the increasing demands of the logistics sector in Malaysia. It’s shaped to meet the specific needs of the country’s top logistics company, catering to their growing requirement for additional storage space with efficient layout planning.
Despite the limited site area, the comprehensive layout includes a cleverly designed truck ramp connecting to the first floor, strategically optimizing the warehouse footprint. Various ramp configurations were examined and compared to evaluate their maximum capacity and the viability of the development.
