Elevated retail units on stilt structures, adorned with inviting steps and terraces, seamlessly connect the multi-storey retail lots, creating an captivating atmosphere that enhances the overall shopping experience.
The terraces, constructed with expanded metal platforms that connect the shops, serve not only to maximize ventilation but also to foster lively activities and meaningful interaction. In contrast to conventional car parks, which are usually dark and stuffy, the car park for this building is bright as sunlight gently penetrates even to the lowest level.
